
Come learn and experience the art of belly dancing. Tone and strengthen your body while enhacning sensuality, grace and self-expression.
What to Wear
Please wear clothing appropriate for dance class, such as dance or yoga pants, jogging pants, leotards and tights, sports bra, a fitted t-shirt, a light hip scarf (optional) and bare feet.
Helpful Tips
Make sure you do not have a full stomach, wait at least 1.5 hours after a meal before starting. Bring a bottle of water with you.

Solo Choreographies: Each choreography will vary in length, between 3 and 5 minutes, depending on the dancer's level of training. Ten (10) lessons, one hour per lesson - $700 |
